At Shine Pro Luxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include all accessories supplied with the product.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@shineproluxe.com.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label or the appropriate return address.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shineproluxe.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened supplements or ingestible products (including creatine).

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used.

  • Red light therapy devices that have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or clearance items unless faulty.

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.

The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
